Your vacation home belongs to you, and you’re free to reserve it for personal stays whenever you wish, as long as you respect any existing guest reservations on your calendar. Beyond that, our Concierge’s imposes no limits on how often or how long you can stay.
We operate under a four-month renewable agreement, designed to provide flexibility while allowing enough time to deliver consistent results.
Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on performance and trust, not to bind owners with restrictive contracts.
At the end of each four-month term, the agreement may be renewed by mutual consent. If an owner chooses not to continue, we will simply honor and manage any reservations already confirmed for the property.
